This website is operated by Mark Hunter, trading as Hunter Coaching Academy, a sole trader providing tennis and padel coaching, sports psychology, parent packages, coach mentoring and corporate consultancy services, based in Cheshire, UK, and serving clients in Cheshire, North Wales and worldwide online.

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This mainly happens through the enquiry form on our Contact page, where we ask for:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your contact number (optional)
• The service you're interested in and your preferred contact method
• Any further information you choose to share about your goals or availability

If you tick the marketing consent box on that form, we also record that you've agreed to receive offers and updates from us.

How we use your information

We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver coaching or consultancy services, and, only if you've opted in, to send you occasional marketing offers or updates. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Legal basis for processing

We process your enquiry details on the basis of legitimate interest, so we can respond to you, and, where you've booked services, to perform our contract with you. Marketing communications are only sent with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How we store and share your information

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our email inbox using a third-party form delivery service, which processes the form data solely to route it to us and does not use it for its own purposes. We don't share your information with any other third party unless required by law.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and client details for as long as needed to provide our services and meet any legal or accounting obligations, and we delete or anonymise information we no longer need.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you, and provide a copy of it
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your information, where there's no legal reason for us to keep it
• Stop or restrict how we use your information
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time

Cookies and similar technology

This website does not use advertising cookies, and it doesn't track you individually across other sites. A small number of technologies are used to make the site work well and to understand how it's used:

• Essential local storage: when you accept the cookie notice, a preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the notice doesn't show again. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• Fonts and animation: this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and animation code from a content delivery network (cdnjs) so pages render and animate correctly. Loading these resources means your browser makes a request to Google's and cdnjs's servers, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies.
• Privacy-friendly analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate trends like page views and visit counts. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and can't be used to identify or track an individual visitor.

You can control or clear cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings. Blocking these resources won't stop the site from working, though pages may look plainer.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site or the law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
